A thrilling collaboration is coming to shake the island’s music nightlife as iconic Cypriot singer Michalis Tterlikkas is set to join forces with jazz rockers Fuzz Bus. The show will bring listeners together at the charming Antonakis Music Hall next week, on December 29, followed by another live performance at Savino Live, Larnaca on January 3.

Following their resounding success at Fengaros Festival and great public demand, the band is gearing up for two performances they say will take them “out of our comfort zone”. The performances will include refreshed versions of popular Cypriot traditional songs such as Treis Elies Tziai Mia Tomata, I Vraka, and Asierobasma, as well as less-known songs performed without any traditional instruments. The band will use drums, bass, guitar and keyboard to bring the melodies to life.

Joining Tterlikkas on stage will be the four members of Fuzz Bus; Ermis Michael on guitar, Andreas Panteli on keyboard, Lefteris Moumtzis on bass and Nikolas Tsangaris on drums. Before the show begins, Nama Dama will take the stage, on both occasions, to present material from her upcoming album in a solo performance with looping, keyboards, woodwinds and percussion.
