A 30-year-old man was arrested on arrival at Paphos airport on Wednesday in connection with a police investigation into a migrant smuggling ring.
The man is the fifth to have been arrested in connection with the investigation, with the other four having been arrested in Limassol and Paphos in January.
The police said he had arrived from “another European country”.
Their investigation into the matter is ongoing.
