Prestige Group and Stademos Hotels proudly join forces for the 2024 Breast Health Day campaign, emphasising the power of partnership in raising awareness and promoting proactive breast health measures. As dedicated advocates for health and wellness, both Groups are committed to driving impactful change through education, early detection and support for preventive practices.
This year’s campaign focuses on empowering individuals to take control of their health, with a renewed emphasis on the vital role lifestyle choices play in breast cancer prevention. Through a series of engaging events, visual campaigns and presentation initiatives, Prestige Group and Stademos Hotels aim to inspire meaningful action and foster a culture of awareness and responsibility.
The 2024 Campaign: a united effort
This year’s theme centers around “Empowering Health Through Synergy” and the campaign emphasises the significance of partnerships in supporting breast health awareness. The synergy between Prestige Group and Stademos Hotels demonstrates how collaborative efforts can have a lasting impact on the community.
As advocates for breast health, both Groups have designed an impactful series of events and activities that focus on:
- Encouraging preventive health screenings, such as mammograms, which are proven to detect breast cancer at its earliest and most treatable stages.
- Educating on healthy lifestyle habits, including staying physically active, maintaining a balanced diet, and regular health check-ups.
- Inspiring action through engaging visual campaigns, including this year’s iconic group and individual photoshoot with powerful awareness messages, and also an educational presentation at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel led by recognised physicians Dr Flora Kyriakou and Dr Stella Charalampous in support of the Anti-Cancer Society.
The two doctors delivered a presentation on breast cancer awareness and this initiative was part of a broader series of activities held throughout Pink October, aimed at promoting awareness and prevention. During the event, a variety of healthy snacks and drinks were available to Prestige and Stademos teams, aligning with the slogan, “Healthy lifestyle and annual checks for breast health”. The focus was on encouraging employees to adopt healthier habits, and to emphasise the importance of regular screenings for early detection. This event was dedicated to the Anti-Cancer Society in support of their noble cause.
e extend our heartfelt gratitude to “Details Made with Love” and Natalie Christodoulou for the beautiful pink roses, which added a special touch to our awareness campaign. A big thank you also goes to Amara’s chef, Oreste Mancini and Mediterranean Beach Hotel’s chef, Tasos Nikou, for preparing the delicious healthy lunch, and creating a wellness-inspired setup for our presentation.
