A 67-year-old man was seriously injured in Limassol after his vehicle overturned on Sunday morning in Parekklisia.

Under circumstances that are being investigated, at around 5am, the man lost control of his vehicle which skidded to the left of the road and his vehicle overturned.

Fire services headed to the scene to help the 67-year-old who was trapped in his car. An ambulance took him to Limassol general hospital where he was found to have suffered multiple fractures.

His condition has been described as serious. Moni police station continues investigations.
