GlobalWealth Group PLC announced on this week that its shares are now available for trading through the Wealthyhood investment platform, opening access to the Cyprus Stock Exchange-listed company to eligible investors using the platform in Cyprus, Greece, and other European markets.
The company said its shares, traded under $WEALTH, and the CSE ticker WEALTH, can now be submitted for execution through Wealthyhood, including limit orders.
The move means registered users of the platform can place orders for GlobalWealth shares through Wealthyhood’s investment services.
Investment services within the European Union are provided by Wealthyhood Europe Investment Services S.A., which is licensed and supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
Through these licensed services, trading in GlobalWealth shares is available to eligible investors subject to applicable investor protection rules under the EU’s MiFID II framework.
GlobalWealth said the announcement was being made to ensure transparent and equal access to information for investors and in line with its disclosure obligations under Article 17 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The company also reminded investors that it holds a strategic stake in Wealthyhood Ltd, the UK-based parent company of the Wealthyhood investment platform.
GlobalWealth stressed that the announcement was intended solely as corporate information and did not amount to investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell its shares. It should not be regarded as a solicitation, proposal, research report, or invitation to invest.
The company warned that investments in transferable securities carry the risk of losing capital. Investors were urged to base any investment decisions solely on GlobalWealth’s officially published financial reports, prospectuses, and announcements, which are available through the Cyprus Stock Exchange website and the company’s corporate website.
Finally, GlobalWealth said the announcement was issued in accordance with its disclosure obligations under Article 17 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the operating rules of the Cyprus Stock Exchange’s Emerging Companies Market.
