Foreign minister to meet Chinese counterpart on Monday

Bilateral Cyprus-China relations, the Cyprus problem and EU-China relations are expected to be on the agenda during a meeting between Foreign Minister Nicos Christodoulides and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on Monday in Cyprus.

According to an announcement of the foreign ministry, Wang Li is due to sop over in Cyprus on Monday afternoon on his way to Africa when he will meet Christodoulides.

The efforts of the UN Secretary general to restart Cyprus talks are expected to be on the agenda of the two ministers, the announcement said.
