Missing man found dead

A 77-year-old man, reported earlier as a missing person, was on Thursday found dead in an open space at the Ayios Athanasios area of Limassol.

The man, a resident of Limassol, had been reported missing from his home in the morning.

At around 6pm the man was found dead in an open area near his residence in Ayios Athanasios.

Police said initial examinations at the scene do not point to foul play. Investigations are ongoing.
