New Hadassah Health Park to pave the way for Cyprus regional medical hub

A long-held vision is about to come to life: the development of a world-class regional healthcare hub in Cyprus, providing advanced, comprehensive medical services, focused on the patient and on clinical care excellence.

H.C. Management of Medical Center PLC (MMC), in collaboration with Hadassah Medical Ltd, a subsidiary of the renowned medical organisation, Hadassah Medical Organisation, are proceeding swiftly with the design of the emblematic and innovative Hadassah Health Park in Nicosia.

The development, which will be at the forefront of medicine and rehabilitation services, both locally and regionally, is located in Nicosia, with easy access to the Limassol and Larnaca highways.

MMC has appointed leading firms: ADP Architecture of the UK, and Israel’s Spector Amisar Architects, as well as local architects ENA pros EKATO (CONSTANTI ARCHITECTS), to collaborate in the design of the medical facilities. These will include a high-specialty hospital as well as centres of excellence.

The global industrial construction giant Bouygues Batiment International is also participating in the project as an advisor, and will be actively involved in the design of both the medical and accommodation plans with high-investment interest.

Applications for all necessary permits are under way, and construction is expected to begin immediately upon securing the relevant approvals in 2021.
