Creamy broccoli salad with apples and pecans

It’s still a mite ‘cool’ for an average May weekday, but… no doubt about it, the season for salads has officially begun. And here’s a beautiful one to assemble in a jiff, delivering an array of colours in addition to the nutritional pluses.

In this video, the eponymous host of the Natasha’s Kitchen YouTube channel demos a delicious lunchtime salad – featuring, among other goodies, broccoli, apples, cranberries and pecans, tossed in a creamy lemon dressing that zings.
