Police officer remanded in domestic abuse case

A 45-year-old Limassol police officer was remanded in custody for three days on Tuesday in connection with domestic abuse.

The officer was arrested on Monday after his wife reported him to the police.

Reports said the officer had been on suspension over a different case.
