Coronavirus: Ministry urges people rescheduling second jabs to call dedicated helplines

The health ministry is urging people who wish to reschedule their appointment for the second Covid-19 vaccination jab to call the dedicated helplines at 22 60 54 00, 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.

The lines will be operative from Monday to Friday between 7.30 am and 4pm. After 4pm, people will only be able to contact the health ministry via text message at 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.

“The appointment for the rescheduling of the second vaccination jab can only be organised within the week of the call,” the statement said.

The ministry also added that the rescheduling of appointments is also available via email address at vacrescheduling@mphs. moh. gov. cy.

Finally, it said that the vaccination portal remains open for all citizens wishing to receive the jabs that are available there.
