Coronavirus: 12 per cent of vaccines went to Turkish Cypriots

Twelve per cent of the Covid-19 vaccines received by the Republic went to Turkish Cypriots through the bicommunal committee on health, it was reported on Wednesday.

According to the Cyprus News Agency, out of 1,447,235 doses received by August 13, 170,842 went to the Turkish Cypriot community.

Turkish Cypriot students have also received jabs in the Republic; 60 were given the first dose while 31 completed their vaccination.
