Ministers participating in a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday will be briefed on the implementation of the reforms, projects and policies announced by President Nicos Anastasiades or which are included in the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Cyprus.

According to a presidency press release the meeting will also review the projects included in the “Exandas” portal, through which citizens may be informed at any time about the progress of the projects.

As the press release points out, the President of the Republic will remind members of the Cabinet that reforms, demanded by the citizens themselves, are part of the governance programme and every effort should be made to accelerate them.

It is also noted that the reforms are a top challenge for the country in order to keep pace with the current demands.

Through the reforms included in the “Cyprus – Tomorrow” Recovery and Resilience Plan Cyprus will raise €1.2 billion from the European Recovery Fund by 2026.

The National Plan “Cyprus – Tomorrow”, includes a total of 58 reforms and 76 development investments, which are the largest reform and development intervention since the establishment of the Republic of Cyprus.
