Arrest warrant issued after items go missing from building site

A 60-year-old man is wanted on suspicion of stealing one thousand iron rings from a construction site in Paphos, police said on Friday.

The theft was reported on Thursday by the owner of a house under construction in Emba, who said that 1,000 rings were stolen from the construction site.

The iron stolen was worth €450, he said.

Further examinations connected a 60-year-old man with the case and police issued an arrest warrant against him.
