Police pick up further 31 migrants

Thirty one adult migrants, all of Syrian origin, were found in Athienou on Monday, police said.

A police patrol located 20 migrants walking on the Nicosia to Larnaca highway in the early hours of Monday morning and another 11 migrants near Lympia.

According to the police, the migrants complied with instructions given to them and were transferred to the reception centre in Kokkinotrimithia.
