Yeroskipou mayor resigns

ΔΗΜΑΡΧΟΣ ΓΕΡΟΣΚΗΠΟΥ ΜΙΧΑΛΗΣ ΠΑΥΛΙΔΗΣ

The mayor of Yeroskipou Michalis Pavlides has resigned for health reasons, it was announced on Monday.

Pavlides had been away since October with deputy mayor Kyriacos Hadjivasilis taking over his duties.

Pavlides officially resigned on Monday.

District officer Mary Lambrou said the deputy mayor will be taking over until the end of the year pending instructions.
