Man jailed for drug driving

Larnaca district court on Monday jailed a 28-year-old man for a month after finding him guilty for driving under the influence of drugs last year.

The court also revoked the driving license of the man for four months and issued him five penalty points.

The defendant was arrested after he was caught driving under the influence with a student’s driving licence around 10.10pm on February 1, 2021 in Larnaca.
