A commemorative stamp has been issued by the Cyprus Post on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The stamp was presented on Monday in the presence of the minister of transport, communications and works Yiannis Karousos.

Karousos lauded the work of the chamber and its decisive role in business and economic activity both in Limassol and islandwide over the past 60 years.

He mentioned Limassol port infrastructure, the Cyprus University of Technology, the coastal front, the renovation of the old town, the attraction of foreign investments and building development.
