A 37-year-old resident of Larnaca has been arrested to help police inquiries into a case of illegal drug possession with intent to supply.

Larnaca police said that on Sunday afternoon, officers stopped a car driven by the 37-year-old man.

During the search, he was found in possession of a bag with three plastic packages, containing cannabis weighing a total of 80g.
