Kim Dayan outlines her influences for success

The beautiful Israeli model, beautician, businesswoman, and influencer, Kim Dayan, can undoubtedly attest that one needs more than just hard work to succeed. For Kim, motivation, the pursuit of excellence, her emotional commitment, and a willingness to learn from past mistakes contributed significantly to reaching her goals quickly.

Positive recognition from her relatives, friends, and peers and inspiration from a few famous people have also influenced Kim Dayan’s upliftment from her humble beginnings. Today, she is self-made and fulfilled, thanks to all the positivity she draws from her influences.

On dreaming big

Growing up in a smaller city had several negative connotations for Kim. “There were minimal opportunities to thrive where I grew up, and people generally knew that they needn’t have great ambitions because they couldn’t rise above the expectations,” Kim reminisces.

However, she had big dreams and wasn’t going to let her humble beginnings or the environment she grew up in stop her from fulfilling her vision for a better life.

Kim Dayan says, “I was only 18 when I decided to sign up to participate in the contest for Miss Israel. For Kim, the contest represented several things, including the balance and power needed to achieve everything I wanted.”

After the Miss Israel contest, Kim Dayan got her next big break when asked to appear on the TV show: TLV. There she met many people with the same aspirations to succeed as her. For Kim, the show proved an unforgettable experience because she received positive motivation from the other participants and learned so much about herself. This show gave her the burst of determination to succeed and helped her take her career to the top.

Favorable influences

Despite her age, Dayan had the required ambition, determination, and passion. However, another element that immensely helped contribute to her success was the people who helped push her in the right direction. These were her wonderful parents, a beloved uncle, and her dear friend, Cindy.

“They were my support system, and I owe them my life since I wouldn’t be who I am today without each of them. Their care gave me the power to pave the way for myself professionally,” Kim declares.

Dayan fondly tells how her mother’s positive and supportive role showed how much she believed in her. Kim told her mother about all her ambitions and plans, and whether they were good or bad, her mother always listened and helped give her the proper perspective in a fresh, inspiring, and motivating way.

Continuing with her female influences, Dayan speaks of her friend Cindy and the positive encouragement she is always ready to impart. Kim says about Cindy, “ From the start, she was the one who screamed things like Well done! But what’s next! She knew my capabilities and helped me accomplish things.”

Kim also has some critical male figures in her life, including her resourceful husband, who makes constructive contributions, and her cherished son, Marco. In addition, Kim’s father helps her in any way he can, even trying his best to offer her technical advice wherever possible. On the other hand, her uncle became her source of the best guidance for any concerns, always providing discretion and a nudge in the right direction when needed.

Other influences for success

Strong people like Elon Musk and Oprah Winfrey inspire Kim, each one in their way. Oprah has faced dark times, and despite several rejections, she succeeded, much like Dayan has done, and managed to bounce back.

Elon Musk inspires and influences Kim because he manages to convey his ideas compellingly. Kim believes that she shares the same contagious energy as the intrepid Mr. Musk, leading her to great connections in her life and career.

Humanitarianism’s influence

Kim cares for many causes, but vegetarianism is the one that touches her the most because it can help to lead to a more sustainable planet. She says, “Most humanitarians speak about prioritizing feeding hungry people by over-feeding farm animals. However, our current agricultural system does not help the 815 million people currently suffering from chronic undernourishment.”

After reading an article by Cornell University that the U.S. could feed approximately 800 million people with the grains grown for livestock, she realized that just one huge country is enough to end world hunger.

“Animals are sentient, just like us,” says Kim Dayan, “and that’s why they deserve life and freedom. I am vegetarian and insist on taking a stand against animal cruelty and exploitation across the globe.”

These powerful influences have shaped Kim Dayan and helped her attain the success she dreamed about in her small Israeli town. As a result, others follow and admire her today, looking for the same encouragement and guidance!
