Nineteen-year-old arrested for assisting illegal employment

Paphos police on arrested a 19-year-old man, who had been wanted since February, in connection with a case of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor and complicity in impersonation and illegal employment. 

According to the police spokesperson, police in February had located a 25-year-old man working illegally on a Paphos construction site . When questioned, he confessed that the 19-year-old had given him falsified documents for the purposes of employment.

Initially, a criminal case had been registered against the 25-year-old as well as his employer, and the 19-year-old, who was located and arrested on Monday, had been wanted as an accomplice.
