Today’s weather: Clear with slight winds

On Tuesday the weather will be mostly clear. Winds will be mainly westerly to north-westerly and on the south and east coasts easterly to south-easterly, weak,  up to 3 Beaufort to gradually becoming south-westerly to north-westerly in the afternoon, moderate to strong, up to 5 Beaufort, on the west and south coasts. The sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will rise to 34 C inland, 30 C in the south, east and north coasts, 28 C on the west coast and 26 C in the higher mountains.

On Tuesday night the weather will be mostly clear with occasional increased low cloud cover. Winds will initially be mainly westerly to north-westerly, light and transient, moderate, up to 4 Beaufort later becoming north-westerly to north-easterly, up to 3 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to 18 C in the interior, 19 C on the coasts and 14 C in the higher mountains.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the weather will remain mostly clear, but on Wednesday night, locally increased low cloud cover is expected. From Wednesday evening onwards, light dust may be observed in the atmosphere, which is expected to subside by Thursday evening.

On Friday, the weather will be mostly clear.

Temperatures are not expected to change appreciably on Wednesday, however, on Thursday and Friday a gradual rise in temperature is expected to range well above average for the season.
