Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos travels on Sunday to Brussels, where on Monday he will participate in the EU’s Foreign Affairs Council.

The situation in the Middle East, the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine and digital diplomacy will be on the agenda.

Over a working lunch, foreign ministers will also have an informal exchange of views with president of the European Investment Bank Nadia Calviño.

On the sidelines of the council’s proceedings,Kombos will have contacts with his counterparts.

At the end of the council’s proceedings, the minister will inaugurate a photographic exhibition on the 50 years of Turkish invasion and occupation, consisting of a collection of pictures from the Press and Information Office Archive at the building of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Cyprus to the EU.
