A 23-year-old man was sentenced to 13 years in prison on Tuesday for importing and possessing 25kg of cannabis.

Larnaca criminal court heard that the man had been arrested on arrival at Larnaca airport on September 19 with 45 bags of cannabis in his luggage, weighing a total of 25.610kg.
