Cyprus-born startup BRAYN announced this week the launch of BRAYN ONAIR, a voice-first AI coaching platform.

According to the announcement, the platform offers instant, voice-based mentoring to professionals and teams, eliminating the need for scheduled coaching sessions and providing support precisely when it is most needed.

“The way we learn, grow, and solve problems is changing fast, but traditional coaching hasn’t kept up,” the company said.

BRAYN, which describes itself as offering “Netflix-style real-world skill growth,” is aiming to turn moments of uncertainty into moments of growth through BRAYN ONAIR.

According to LinkedIn’s Workforce Confidence Index, job optimism among young professionals has dropped by 35 points in the last two years. This is the steepest fall across any generation.

At the same time, internships have decreased by 11 per cent year-over-year, and entry-level roles are in decline as AI takes over more junior tasks. Expectations, however, continue to rise.

Managers and team leads are also feeling the pressure, as they struggle with high staff turnover and a growing demand for soft skills like communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence — skills that are increasingly difficult to teach.

Companies are spending billions to reskill their workforce, yet access to high-quality, real-time coaching remains limited.

BRAYN ONAIR aims to address this gap by offering immediate access to four AI mentors, each focused on a key area of personal and professional development.

The four coaches include Orra, who specialises in communication skills such as delivering feedback, navigating high-stakes conversations, and crafting effective personal pitches.

Senzor is designed to help users organise complex thoughts, clarify difficult decisions, and break free from patterns of overthinking.

Kayra provides career navigation support, offering advice on interviews, professional mindset challenges, and early-stage development.

Maverick acts as a creative partner, assisting with idea validation, product thinking, and bold innovation strategies.

The system requires no calendar bookings, waitlists, or scheduled sessions.

Instead, users can access the coaching they need in real time — even seconds before a critical meeting or during a difficult decision-making moment.

While BRAYN ONAIR was developed with modern professionals in mind, the company notes that it is also a solution for teams and enterprises.

Businesses can offer BRAYN ONAIR to their employees as a scalable tool for instant mentorship, helping to accelerate skill-building and reduce unproductive downtime.

According to BRAYN, 70 per cent of managers report that AI now performs most entry-level tasks, making it harder for new hires to acquire foundational skills.

Only one in three young professionals feels confident about their growth prospects in their current role, according to the LinkedIn Workforce Confidence Index.

“BRAYN ONAIR bridges that gap, turning moments of uncertainty into moments of growth, for both individuals and teams,” the company said.

It added that the platform is now live and available globally in English.

It comes with flexible usage packs to suit different needs — from quick boosts of clarity to in-depth preparation sessions.

BRAYN’s founding team combines experience across gaming, education, and artificial intelligence.

They believe the future of learning is not just mobile — it is moment-based.

“Everyone has a playlist for their moods, but why not a mentor for their moments?” said Mike Belton, Founder and CEO of BRAYN.

“BRAYN ONAIR slips one in your pocket, so the next big decision lands on a beat, not dead air.”
