Pain-relief exercises and stretches for patellar tendonitis or ‘jumper’s knee’

Patellar tendonitis, or jumper’s knee, is when there is pain in the knee, right at the attachment of the patellar tendon to the kneecap (i.e. the patella).

Thankfully, in this video, physical therapist Dr. Jo demonstrates key stretches and exercises that should relieve the discomfort of patellar tendonitis.
