Exercises to stop lower back pain and sciatica

In this video, physical therapists Bob Schrupp and Brad Heineck demonstrate seven effective exercises to stop lower back pain and discomfort from sciatica while carrying out everyday chores.

Sciatica is a condition whereby the sciatic nerve, which runs from your lower back to your feet, is irritated or compressed. It usually gets better in 4-6 weeks, but can take longer to clear up.
