How to make Batata Harra, Lebanese spicy potatoes

What do you get when you pair Cyprus potatoes with the explosion of flavours of the classic Lebanese side dish ‘Batata Harra’? Well, ‘heaven’ would be one word to describe it!

‘Batata Harra’ literally translates to spicy potatoes in Arabic, and the spuds are fried or roasted until crispy, then tossed in an olive oil-based sauce zinging with cilantro, garlic and crushed red pepper.

Follow along to make some as a delicious snack for yourself… but be prepared to have the result disappear in a flash if you have company.
