What opportunities are offered for quality and recognised distance learning in the personal space and in the free time of those interested, with a flexible pace of learning, and what are the comparative advantages of the Open University of Cyprus (OUC)? How is distance education implemented in the midst of a pandemic and what are its broader benefits for those interested in higher education? On Thursday, May 13, at a Virtual Open Day, you will learn everything you need to know to start your studies at OUC next September.

The Open University of Cyprus, with fifteen years of experience and specialization in distance education, and the reasons why it is the most reliable option for distance learning will be presented to the interested public by rector Petros Pasiardis.

The event will be broadcast live, from 6.30pm until 8pm, on the OUC Facebook page and its YouTube channel. During this time, those interested will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the flexible educational methodology of OUC.

They will also be informed about the payment of tuition fees and the wider economic policy for the next academic year.

The deans of the three faculties, associate professor Antonis Petridis for the school of humanities and social sciences, professor Michalinos Zempylas for the school of economics and management and professor Stavros Stavrou for the school of positive and applied sciences will also provide information on postgraduate and doctoral programmes offered for the academic year 2021-2022.
