In this video, chiropractor Dr. Alan Mandell offers tinnitus-sufferers some effective exercises for relief.

Millions of people experience tinnitus in different degrees. Tinnitus is the perception of sound when no actual external noise is present. While commonly referred to as “ringing in the ears”, it can actually manifest as many different perceptions of sound – including buzzing, hissing, whistling, swooshing and clicking.

For some, tinnitus can lead to insomnia, difficulty with concentration, poor work or school performance, irritability, anxiety and depression. For all, however, it is an unwelcome part of daily life.
