Enchanting events coming up at CyHerbia Park

If you haven’t been to CyHerbia Botanical Park & Labyrinth yet, it’s a charming place to go with a woodland, seasonal lavender fields and a labyrinth to get lost in. Located in Avgorou, the park has been attracting families, friends and all kinds of visitors who want to explore nature, see wildlife and take part in its many creative workshops. Coming up this August is a series of workshops that uses sound to ignite connection and relaxation.

cyherbia fairyArriving first at CyHerbia this Sunday, August 15 are DrumInspire Sound Journey events with clinical psychologist and sound/drum therapist, Helen Argyrou. Using drums that Helen will offer to each participant and several techniques, the workshops will teach old and young to connect with themselves, each other and offer another way of self-expression.

The first session of the day, starting at 11.30am, is addressed to children aged three to 15 years old and through sound and drums, children will be able to unleash all of their energy. “When a teacher can show them how to do this safely,” states the event description, “and with respect to others around them… in a fun way, you have a winning activity!”

The afternoon session, held between 4.30pm and 7pm, is a Soul Sound Journey for adults. The workshop will include drums and a technique used by wise sages, teaching participants to relax at the deepest level of the nervous system. “Drums and sacred sounds wake up your unconscious to unlock new insights for current struggle. Walk the labyrinth for more answers and complete your journey with a feel-good drum orchestra.”

In between those two workshops on Sunday is a circle titled Women of Truth, taking place at 2.15pm and for two hours. This session will be all about the feminine energy and its juiciness, emotions, creativity, flow, sensuality and intimate connections that come with it. The workshop will show participants to use frame drumming to open the heart and reveal the sensuality of the new high energy femininity. A six-week follow-up course will be available to those interested to activate and apply the 21 signs of the new high energy femininity.

More events will follow at CyHerbia this month teaching guests how to make and decorate their own fairy house! On the weekends of August 21-22 and 28-29 CyHerbia visitors can join a craft workshop to paint their own fairy character ornament and create a personal fairy house, all while sipping on cooling refreshments and devouring cakes and muffins. All materials are included in the price, all you need to do is book a place and enjoy some time in CyHerbia’s natural fairyland.
