After isolated bouts of thunderstorms and hail hit the island on Tuesday, particularly in mountainous areas, the weather is expected to improve on Wednesday.
However, clouds are expected in the afternoon, with possible isolated showers inland and on the coasts.
Temperatures will remain high, around 33C inland, from 28C to 30C on the coasts and 22C in the mountains.
A clear outlook is expected at night and temperatures will return to being slightly higher than the seasonal average in the next days.
Thursday and Friday will be mainly fine, but with increased cloud at intervals.
During the weekend it will be mostly fine, with higher than average temperatures, especially on the coasts.
