A 39-year-old Larnaca resident has been arrested on suspicion of cultivating and selling cannabis, police said on Friday.
The man was allegedly caught trying to burn six marijuana plants when drug squad officers arrived at his house in Larnaca for a search on Thursday morning.
Officers also found 46 grammes of marijuana as well as equipment used to cultivate it. The man was arrested for illegal cultivation and possession of drugs with the intent to sell.
