Shots fired at Limassol apartment

A 48-year-old man has reported that shots were fired at his second-floor apartment in Limassol early morning on Thursday.

Police said the shots were fired by an unknown person using a hunting shotgun at around 2.20am at the east side of the complainant’s apartment.

The shooting caused damage to the glass of an aluminium balcony door and a shading system with an estimated value of €450.

Officers cordoned off the scene while investigations continue to identify the culprit.
