Two more arrests for forgery in Paphos

Police in Paphos detained two persons for forgery over Monday and Tuesday morning.

According to police spokesperson, Michalis Nikolaou, on Monday a 40-year-old man presented himself at Paphos Airport with a French ID, intending to depart for Ireland.

From preliminary controls it became clear that the document was fake and he was arrested for forgery.

Also at 3:45 am on Tuesday, a 20-year-old presented a fake Spanish passport with the intention of traveling to Germany. The persons were arrested and taken into custody.

Paphos police are continuing their investigations.
