Almost 1.5 million people visited the north in 2022

Almost 1.5 million people visited the north in the first 11 months of 2022, Turkish Cypriot media reported on Tuesday.

According to Yeni Duzen, 1,478,418 people visited, of whom 1.3 million arrived through the Tymbou airport, with a further 122,331 people from the Kyreneia port, while 30,634 arrived from the Famagusta port and 278 from Karpasia port.
