A 46-year-old man has been arrested carrying two knives and two prop pistols in Strovolos, police said on Friday.
According to the announcement of the Nicosia police, the man was found in possession of the weapons a few minutes before 4pm on Thursday in a public space near his house.
Officers arrested him for carrying a knife, police said. He was charged in writing and then released.
