A Limassol man was arrested on Thursday night, for possession of stolen items, police said on Friday.

The goods were found in the possession of a 41-year-old man, who has been linked to two burglaries in Pachna, Limassol.

He was arrested for the illegal items and then re-arrested once it was realised there was testimony against him for two burglaries in Pachna between November 23 and 25.

After receiving the tip off, police put the man’s house under surveillance.

Inside the house police found electric tools, computers, marine gear, chainsaws, a hunting gun and various other items for which he could not give a proper explanation which the police confiscated as evidence.
