AEL News: AEL Limassol, officially known as Athlitiki Enosi Lemesou, is one of Cyprus’s oldest and most successful football clubs, founded in 1930 and based in Limassol. The team, nicknamed “The Blue-Yellows” and “The Lions,” plays its home matches at the Alphamega Stadium. AEL has a proud history with six Cypriot First Division titles, seven Cypriot Cups, and four Super Cups, and it remains a central figure in Cypriot football.
