minute

Where do you live?
I live in Nicosia with my fiance and our lovely daughter

What did you have for breakfast?
Well, today I had a bowl with fresh anari cheese, raw almonds, raw honey and just the right amount of decorative mint and cinnamon

Describe your perfect day
As there is nothing that can be described as perfect in my opinion, the generalisation of the term would be better. Happiness is the ultimate goal of all, with the main goal of inner happiness. A day when one feels good about oneself, falls in love with one’s inner beauty, sounds like a perfect day. Being confident in yourself and enjoying your existence on this planet will definitely make you happier

Best book ever read?
The best book I have ever read in my life is the Bible. It changed my life, it gave me victory over sin, it gave me hope for the future and eternal life. Through it, I learned how to become the best version of myself and an example to others.

Best childhood memory?
There is not really a specific moment that stands out in my memory, but the happiest days of my childhood were definitely in summer. The days without responsibilitys, without commitments, without pain, without stress

Yogurt, chicken, fresh eggs, vegetables and lots of fruits

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I am not a big fan of listening to music when I drive, but I really like Greek rock music

I believe my spirit animal is the crow. The crow is a spirit animal associated with life mysteries and magic. Crows symbolise transformation and change. They are watchful creatures that have sharp and powerful foresight.

What are you most proud of?
I’m proud of a few things in my life. I am proud of my family. Also I am proud of my graduation from college as the best culinary student of the year.

What movie scene has really stayed with you?
The movie scene has really stayed with me is the ending scene of Usual Suspects when agent Kujan finds out who Keyser Soze is

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
If I could have an hour to spend with someone who has passed I think that I would want that person to be my grandma. When I was young she would always try to give me good advice about how to be a good person in this world, but being young I didn’t really listen to her. There have been many times in my life now that I really wish that I had listened to her.

If you could time travel when/where would you go?
I would love to go back to childhood times. Those were the days when we were actually playing games not on cell phones. Hide and seek was one of the favourite games we all always preferred to play. Going out with friends, not to attend parties, but to playgrounds to play football. Bunking class to actually play football. That doesn’t happen anymore. Loads of memories that just bring smiles and happy tears.

What is your greatest fear?
My only and greatest fear is speaking to crowds

What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
Never let anyone use you, Do not trust everyone, Life is short so make the most of it, There is nothing you can not do

Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone
Poor hygiene

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
I would spend time with family and friends, tell the people I love that I love them, and pray to God.
