Coronavirus: List of hotels released with offers for jabbed people

The deputy ministry for tourism on Tuesday released a list of hotels participating in its subsided holidays scheme for vaccinated people.

The list includes more than 200 hotels in all districts and two tourism agencies cooperating with tourist accommodation units. The scheme will run from July 15 until the end of August during which period the hotels will be offering reduced prices.

The prices concern double rooms with breakfast per day. Those interested must book at least three nights. The maximum daily rate is €80 including VAT.

Eligible are all permanent residents who have been vaccinated with at least one dose of a vaccine or who have recovered from Covid-19 up to 180 days prior to their stay at the hotel. People over 16 need to present to the hotels proof of vaccination or proof of recovery from Covid-19 in print or electronic form.
