The health ministry announced a total of 64 rapid test sites that will operate around the island on Wednesday.

The sites provide free coronavirus tests to the public and for the obligatory testing of employees.

At least 50 per cent of employees in the public and private sector must be able to present a negative rapid antigen test.

Employees who received at least one dose of the anti-coronavirus vaccine three weeks prior are exempt from having to get tested.

Self-employed and domestic workers and/or people caring for elders or disabled persons are also obliged to carry a negative coronavirus test in case they are asked to present it, the ministry said.

Results are issued at the site or sent to people via SMS. The sites for Wednesday are:
