A seven-day old baby is among three children hospitalised with coronavirus in Makario hospital, it emerged late on Monday.
Doctors described the baby’s condition as good despite some fever.
However, there are concerns due to his young age since his immune system has not been fully developed yet.
The baby entered the hospital on Saturday.
Two other babies, aged 13 months and two years are also treated for Covid at the children’s hospital.
