Coronavirus: 13 people and four business owners fined

Thirteen people and four business owners were fined by police after 2,721 checks for violating the Covid-19 measures in the 24 hours until Saturday morning.

In Nicosia, 1,153 checks saw one person and one establishment owner fined, while in Limassol, from 254 checks, two people were fined.

In Larnaca 492 checks saw five people and one business owner booked and a further three people and two establishment owners were fined in Paphos following 217 checks. In Famagusta, two people were booked out of 309 checks.
