After extreme lows and highs in temperature, this week will see more usual conditions, weather reports said on Monday.

Summer conditions seen at the weekend – with a maximum of 28C on Saturday and 27C on Sunday – will come to an end with considerably lower temperatures on Monday and Tuesday, weather portal Kitas Weather said.

Although there will be a slight increase on Wednesday, temperatures will fall again towards the end of the week, although the winds expected on Monday afternoon will not be seen again.

On Tuesday, the temperature is set to drop close to the season’s normal at 21-23C inland, 20-24C on the coast and around 9C in the mountains.

On Friday, the temperature will begin rising again and is set to rise further over the coming weekend. On Sunday, a new dust event is also expected.
