The deadline for payment of 2022 rubbish collection fees has been extended for Paphos, the municipality announced on Tuesday.

The last day to pay, which would have been Wednesday, November 30, has now been delayed by a month till Friday, December 30.

According to the announcement, residents can make their payments through the municipality website at www.pafos.org.cy. Payments cannot be made at municipal offices or through banks.

A surcharge of 10 per cent will be imposed on overdue payments made after the extended deadline.
