Police searching for man after knife attack

Police a looking for a man after a 50-year-old man was taken to the Paphos general hospital after he was allegedly stabbed by another person on Sunday.

According to Paphos police spokesman Kyriakos Charalambous, the man was reportedly the victim of a knife attack carried out by a 58-year-old man.

The 50-year-old sustained an arm injury and was rushed to the Paphos general hospital’s A&E, where doctors stitched his wound before releasing him.

An arrest warrant was issued against the perpetrator of the attack, who is still at large.
