On Wednesday the weather will start off mostly clear. During the afternoon increased clouds locally are expected to bring isolated rains and storms in the mountains, the interior and the eastern parts of the island. Winds will be mainly south-westerly to north-westerly, initially light to moderate, up to 4 Beaufort, turning moderate to strong, up to 5 Beaufort later in the day. The sea will start slightly rough to rough at times. Temperatures will rise to 32C in the interior, 29C on the north, southeast and east coasts, 27C on the west and southwest coasts and 22C in the higher mountains.

Overnight, the weather will be clear with some locally low clouds observed at times on the west and north coasts. Winds will be mainly westerly to north-westerly, light to moderate, up to 4 Beaufort. The sea will gradually turn rough. Temperatures will drop to 18C in the interior, 20C on the coast and 12C in the higher mountains.

Thursday and Friday will be sunny, with increased clouds and rains expected at times, mainly in the mountains.

Saturday will be mostly clear with showers expected in the afternoon in the western half of the island and stronger winds on the coasts.

Temperatures are expected to rise through Friday remaining close to or slightly above the seasonal average, with slight drop is expected on Saturday.
