A 71-year-old man wanted by Europol who was arrested on Saturday will remain in police custody until Tuesday, the Papahos District Court ordered.

The Europol arrest warrant against him referred to drugs and his role in other criminal offences.

He was arrested at about 5pm on Friday.

On Tuesday procedures will start for his deportation.
