Singer Taylor Swift’s album ‘Evermore’, which arrived in the last few days of 2020 as her second surprise album of the year, is the subject of a lawsuit between the artist and Evermore Park, based in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Earlier in February, the theme park sued Swift for trademark infringement, alleging the singer’s album title confused guests of the park and detrimentally affected its page ranking on internet search engines.

Their suit also alleges that Swift’s album infringes on the theme park’s merchandise designs and artwork for the original soundtracks it has released.

Now, Swift is escalating the feud, alleging in a lawsuit of her own that the theme park has been illegally performing Swift’s music for years without proper licensing.
